Planning Application

1. Preparation of all existing building plans.
2. Preparation of proposed planning drawings.
3. Amendments to plans until confirmation.
4. Preparation of planning application or permitted development consent & submission to the local authority.
5. Minor amendments included as required by the local authority.

Building Regulation

1. Preparation of sectional details and specification for building regulations approval.
2. Preparation of Documents and submission to obtain approval.
3. Liaise with the Building Control Officer as and when required.

Council Submission Fee

1. Council Planning Application Fee £172.
2. Permitted Development Consent £86.
3. Council Building control Fee: To be confirmed.
4. We will Liaise with the council and handle the full submission process.

Free Home Visit

The first meeting tends to be informal – there is no charge for this meeting. We would talk through your desires, aspirations and budget. It also allows us to see the site of the proposed works.

This meeting will enable you to pick our brains on matters such as planning, regulations, procurement and design. During this meeting we can undertake an assessment of the work needed and confirm our fixed fee. Read more

We will provide creative advice and guidance on all aspects of the project, producing easy to understand architectural drawings, plans and technical information. We will produce structural calculations and liaise with the local planning and building control authorities.
